Reduce Emissions and Focus on Fitness When You Ride Your Bike to Work

Reduce Emissions and Focus on Fitness When You Ride Your Bike to Work on Thursday, May 20In celebration of National Bike to Work Month, the Energy Corridor District is encouraging residents and employees to try cycling for fun, fitness and transportation.  With over 50 miles of scenic trails throughout the Energy Corridor and surrounding area, you can enjoy a leisurely weekend bike ride with the family or pump it up for a great workout.

And, for the sixth year, employees are encouraged to pedal to the office on Bike to Work Day, Thursday, May 20.  The District will be providing a complimentary continental breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. at the gazebo in Terry Hershey Park.  Stop by for music, giveaways and great prizes including bike equipment, gift certificates to the new Bullritos and tickets to Classy Chassis, a vintage car show held at Reliant Stadium.
