It’s time for St. Basil’s Greek Orthodox Church’s annual Greek Festival. For 16 years, Houstonians have experienced all things Greek at this family-friendly event. Festival-goers will taste authentic Greek cuisine, be entertained by dance performances and live music, observe cooking demonstrations, cheer on participants in the World Gyro-Eating Championship and so much more! The fun kicks off Thursday, May 17th and continues through Sunday, May 20th.
Adult admission to the event is free all day Thursday and until 2:00 p.m. on Friday with Saturday and Sunday prices at $3.00 a ticket. Admission for children 10 and under is free everyday. Houston Greek Fest is located at 1100 Eldridge. The hours are Thursday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
