Our community continues to grow! As part of a joint venture, Alliance Residential Company is developing, constructing and managing a new multifamily luxury residence in the Energy Corridor at 770 North Eldridge Parkway. Alliance has already broken ground and expects to have the Clubhouse and the first apartment units delivered in December 2013 with full project completion in the third quarter of 2014.
This luxurious, 320-unit, four-story wood framed community will be wrapped around a centralized poured-in-place parking garage. In keeping with the fine features residents desire, interior finishes will include granite countertops in kitchens and baths with under-mounted sinks, stainless appliances, solid wood cabinets, 10 foot ceiling heights, hardwood laminate flooring, upgraded faucet fixtures, intrusion alarms, and tile floors in bathrooms. Units will range in size from 631 sf to 1,136 sf one-bedroom/one bath units, 1,097sf to 1,575 sf two bedroom/two bath units and 1,403 sf three bedroom units. Seekers of the good life will also enjoy the community’s swimming pool located in a spacious courtyard area at the back of the club, a smaller courtyard at the eastern part of the site, a fitness center, and of course, leasing offices.
Project joint venture equity was sourced by the Houston office of Apartment Realty Advisors(“ARA”) and construction financing was provided by Cadence Bank of Houston. Steinberg Design Collaborative is the architect for the project. The balance of the team includes Sterling Structural Engineers, Kimley-Horn Civil Engineers, NMW Partners MEP Engineers and Kudela & Weinheimer, LP as landscape architect.
