Kick into High Gear with Weekly Workouts in Ray Miller Park

Ray Miller ParkLooking for a great workout to help shed some pounds? Well, here is the perfect solution for you. Trish Webster's exercise class in Ray Miller Park is sure to help you break a sweat! Workouts cover every aspect of fitness and include a ten minute warm-up, endurance exercises, stress exercises, flexibility exercises, cardio, and a ten minute full body stretch at the end for all of the muscles that were used.

Trish Webster, the class instructor, is AED and CPR certified and possesses liability insurance. She is also certified by the American Council on Exercise, one of the most respected fitness organizations in the industry.

Try out this fun, full body workout from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. held each Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Classes meet in the Gazebo on the north side of the park. And, since temperatures are at a peak, a large fan is always circulating to protect from overheating. Participants should bring a mat, a pair of five pound dumbbells, and water to stay hydrated.
