Tickets available now for Bisnow event focusing on development trends
David Hightower, board president for The Energy Corridor District (ECD) and executive vice president of Wolff Companies, will kick off the opening session of the upcoming Bisnow “Houston Future of The Energy Corridor” forum set to feature ECD General Manager Clark Martinson and a host of regional real estate and development experts Wednesday morning, March 30.
Tickets are available now for the event. Several hundred participants attended the previous Future of The Energy Corridor roundtable in October 2014.
Hightower and Martinson will join several speakers and panelists, including Patrick Hicks, principal of Hicks Ventures; Sean Tackett, territory Manager for Shell Oil Company; Louis Rosenthal, executive vice president, JLL; and moderator Shane Cawood, managing director, Global CRE Solutions. Other speakers will be announced, according to forum organizer Bisnow, a national commercial real estate news and events company.
Panelists are expected to discuss new projects ahead for The Energy Corridor in 2016. Two panels are planned. One will feature property owners and tenants, the other developers and commercial real estate professionals.
Networking has traditionally been a popular activity at these Bisnow events, and the “Houston Future of The Energy Corridor” will serve up time to meet with colleagues and prospects during breakfast and a post-panel session.
