Energy Corridor Survey Can Help the District Advocate for Mobility Programs in W. Houston
Here in my car
I feel safest of all
I can lock all my doors
It's the only way to live
In cars
- Gary Numan, “Cars”
With about 275,000 vehicles traveling I-10 daily along The Energy Corridor, it’s easy to see that Houstonians love their cars. That’s 35 percent more traffic – and still growing – in just 10 years. And on those days when the interstate becomes a sluggish river of red tail lights, it brings new meaning to “living in cars.”
One thing about sitting in traffic. You have plenty of time to think about it.
The Energy Corridor District wants – nay, needs – to hear your opinions on traffic mobility in West Houston. Help us steer the future of commuting by clicking here to take an important Energy Corridor Commuter Survey.
This is more than a survey.
Your responses will serve as a tool for The Energy Corridor District to advocate for new programs, services and funds that can improve ways we get around The Energy Corridor and West Houston.
Survey results will also be used to determine how The Energy Corridor District's funds and resources dedicated for transportation projects will be utilized.
Keep West Houston moving and the taillight river flowing. Please take a few moments to complete this short survey.
