Freshii Opens First Houston Location in Energy Corridor

Freshii Opens First Houston Location in Energy CorridorIf you are craving fresh food on the go, Freshii is just the fast food locale for you.  Now open at 1531 Eldridge Parkway (near Briar Forest), Freshii offers fresh natural ingredients in a relaxed, planet-friendly atmosphere.  Perfect for a quick, nutrient-packed breakfast, lunch, or dinner, Freshii uses only the finest ingredients.  From salads and soups to wraps and burritos, Freshii lets you “build your own” with a full complement of toppings including avocado, Cajun chicken, walnuts, dried cranberries and edamame, just to mention a few.

“I am so excited to bring the Freshii philosophy to the growing Energy Corridor, because it’s a fresh and healthy alternative to traditional fast food,” said Javier Bueno, Freshii Development Partner. “With the thriving business market, opening of great shops, and blossoming residential population, I’m excited to call this neighborhood Freshii’s first Houston home.”

Changing the face of fast-food, Freshii’s mission is to bring green business practices and healthy, responsible eating to cities around the globe.  Mindfully operating without energy-devouring dishwashers, hoods, ranges, and ovens, and with efficient store sizes as modest as 150 sq ft, Freshii stores are greener, healthier and simpler. Everything taken from Freshii either biodegrades naturally or is easily recyclable. The packaging (bowls, straws, cutlery, fountain cups, etc.) is made from eco-friendly vegetable starches, like corn or potatoes, which biodegrade quickly, leaving behind only carbon, biomass and water.  And, if a customer brings in a bowl, it is happily washed and filled with Freshii’s best.

Freshii is offering a 10 percent discount to Energy Corridor employees and residents.  Just present this newsletter to receive the discount.  You can get connected by following Freshii on Twitter and Facebook.  And, ordering has never been easier - whether by internet, email, or via the iPhone App, customers can opt for simple pick-up or quick delivery.
