BP recently signed on as the first title sponsor of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s RodeoHouston Super Series. The series, created in 2007, will be dubbed the RodeoHouston BP Super Series and extends the London-based oil and gas company’s existing partnership with the rodeo. The Super Series rodeo is a bracket-style competition. In 2009, the world’s best cowboys and cowgirls will compete for a total purse of more than $1.4 million. Each event champion will walk away with at least $50,000. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo begins March 3 running through March 22 at Reliant Stadium. For additional information, visit
