Energy Corridor Transit Enhancements
The Corridor recently held a stakeholders meeting to discuss the transit survey which is in its second phase. Among those in attendance were apartment complex managers, developers and building managers. Topics addressed included additional bus routes, vanpools and commuting boundaries.
Alliance Communities just opened the doors to residents at Broadstone Memorial located at 875 N. Eldridge Parkway, at the corner of Eldridge and Memorial. The community offers 30, two-and three-bedroom townhouses as well as a mid-rise containing 371 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
